Professional services

Less chasing paperwork. More time for clients.

For administrative practices, consultancies, law firms, advisory firms and real estate agencies. Start with the client work that gets lost between emails, folders and spreadsheets.

Where the work gets stuck

What changes with Alodai

Agree one way to receive a request, assign the next task and review the supporting information. Start with one team and one workflow before changing the whole practice.

Where the work gets stuck

Client requests arrive in different places. Missing documents delay the next step, ownership is unclear and someone has to ask for an update again.

The first pilot

A low-digitalization administrative practice is the proposed starting point for a pilot. It is not a published success story: no customer results or time savings are claimed.

Professional services

A first workflow to explore

Illustrative use cases to scope together, not ready-made integrations or proven customer outcomes.

  • Administrative and advisory practices

Pilot the journey from a client request to a reviewed document and a follow-up task. Keep tax submissions and specialist accounting in their existing systems.

  • Consultancies and law firms

Organize contacts, project milestones and internal tasks around an engagement. Professional decisions and final advice stay with the responsible person.

  • Real estate agencies

Structure enquiries and follow-up tasks around interested clients. Property portals, listings sync and digital signature are not assumed integrations.

What you can start with

Today, with our team

CRM records and project/task modules exist. Document intake is a managed beta for text-layer PDFs, off by default, with human review; it has no OCR and no recorded production run. Validate fit and access before the pilot.

Limits and what comes later

Full accounting, payroll, tax filing, qualified signatures and an autonomous practice are outside the current offer. A reusable SaaS comes later only if pilots validate a repeatable problem.

Solutions

From learning to a useful internal system

A repeatable problem earns a product. A pilot comes first.

  1. Training

Give the team a shared understanding of AI and its limits.

  2. Diagnosis

Map one process, its data, owners and current tools.

  3. Pilot

Test a bounded change with human review and agreed criteria.

  4. Internal system

Extend what works. Consider SaaS only if the problem repeats.
