Alodai Labs

The people who will still be running your platform in three years.

Alodai Labs is a small, founder-led software company in Europe. You get the same people who built the factory and who run every platform that comes out of it, including our own.

How it works, for engineers

There is no growth-team page here and no wall of headshots. What matters when you are choosing someone to operate your product for the next few years is how they work when nobody is looking, so that is what this page is about.

How we work

A small senior team, an agent workforce, and checks that can actually fail.

You are buying this along with the software, so it is worth saying plainly.

  • Nothing is decided in a corridor

Every non-trivial change is written down before it is built, and the reasoning outlives whoever wrote it. When you ask two years from now why your platform does something, there is an answer with a date on it.

    written first

  • Agents do the work. People approve it.

Most of the work is done by AI agents working from those documents, inside a harness that limits what they can touch. Nothing reaches your platform without a person who could have said no.

the same gate your platform gets

  • A check that could not fail is broken

A passing test that could never have failed is treated as a defect in its own right, and several of our own have been deleted for it. It is the least glamorous promise on this page and the one that protects you most.

    honesty gates

  • Reproducible beats remembered

Environments are described in code, secrets are encrypted where they live, screenshots are regenerated by a script, and the counts on this site are checked against the repository by a test. Nothing about your platform depends on somebody remembering.

    infrastructure as code

The same discipline is what you get taught if you buy the training, which is why the courses and the consulting are not a side business: they are this, described.

Research

Some of what the factory needs does not exist yet.

So a part of the work is research — published, with artefacts anybody can open.

  • A long paper at ICLC 2027

Submitted in August 2026, on the music-rendering work behind one of the platforms. Its reproduction claims cite a pinned, published artefact rather than a description of one.

    submitted 2026-08-26

  • A citable, pinned artefact

The code those claims are checked against is public, tagged, and archived with a version DOI, so a reviewer can run the exact commit rather than the current one.

    10.5281/zenodo.22113440

  • A registry of our own output

Papers, venues and software artefacts with their identifiers are tracked in a registry rather than in somebody’s folder — the same instinct as the rest of this page, applied to research.

    internal, operator-only

Research is a small part of the company and is listed here at its real size. If a claim on this site interests you and you want the evidence behind it, ask — it is kept.

Reaching us

Where to find a person.

For anything commercial, the contact form reaches somebody who reads it. Security reports have their own address, published where a researcher will look for it.

The operator identity below is the registered entity, reviewed in the repository rather than assembled at render time — the same source every legal page reads, so a field nobody has filled in yet is omitted rather than guessed.

Start with the brief.

What the platform must do, who it is for, and what would make it a failure. That is the whole first message.
